Lee is the founder, president and chief executive officer of
Applied Systems Institute, Inc. (ASI), a leading U.S. systems
integrator specializing in smart card technology. In 1995, ASI
was acquired by De La Rue, a world leader in the field of currency
supply, secure printing and the manufacture and support of payment
systems technology. As a part of this acquisition, Lee was promoted
to chief technology officer for De La Rue Card Systems Division
with an active role in developing the corporation's strategic
positions in the worldwide smart card market.
In 1998, Lee became founder and President of SC Solutions,
Inc., where he developed global smart card strategy for AMEX
and MBNA.

Transit Association (APTA), the Smart Card Committee (X3B10) of the American
National Standards Institute (ANSI).
