Most recently he served as Chief Executive Officer CARDnet Corporation which focused on credit card,
online banking, internet, e-commerce, and related international emerging markets applications. In this
role he was responsible for assisting CARDnet and alliance partners in developing and implementing business
strategies that take advantage of the newer technologies at point of sale, electronic commerce and mobile
telephony markets.
Stuart's background also includes international operations, systems development/implementation and high-level
troubleshooting and planning for the Office of the Chairman of a global multinational company. The combination
of Stuart's skill set, business acumen, pragmatism and focus on action and implementation is reflected in his
approach to providing workable solutions to a variety of business problems and opportunities. His ability to
leverage this combination of skills and experience can be found in his successful implementation of solutions
to the following recent problems/opportunities:
During the past two decades, Stuart has been focused
on developing business and technology strategies for the financial
services industry, creating and operating profitable businesses driven
by leading edge technologies for both startups and multimillion dollar
corporations. While at CARDnet, he co-founded Cashless Communications,
the first public access credit card activated telecommunications kiosk,
Interactive Cardnet Telephone Company, the world's first credit card
activated prepaid telephone calling coupon vs. plastic preprinted
card, an e-Commerce application for an on-line internet casino in
Russia, a secure on-line HIPAA compliant VPN for medical images transactions,
and most recently the development of VoIP applications incorporating
voice, video and text for a physician owned network.
Prior to this and while at Pacific Telephone he participated
in the invention of credit card activated cellular car telephones
installed in rental car and taxi fleets, the acquisition of credit
card activated in-flight telephones initially owned by MCI, the solar
powered cellular telephone used in emergency road side applications,
and new homes fixed wireless telephone technology where wireline central
office technology that did not yet exist in developing residential
communities. Mr. Ervin co-founded I-fraud to deal with identity theft,
Golfmerchants for the development of cellular point-of-sale at golf
courses, Cellchargeit for mobile merchants, and Vulturebanque to deal
with international inbound inventors money management investment requirements.
Stuart has been involved in the development and product introduction of one of the first picture telephones at Warner
Communications and subsequent worldwide sales/distribution channels and services to the Bell telephone companies upon
divestiture from AT&T. He assisted in the sale of this division.
Mr. Ervin has over twelve years comprehensive international hands-on proprietary secret project management knowledge
and business savvy expat experience in the Middle East operating for and with international Governments including but
not limited to Iran, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.
